    • Abror Dadahodjaev

      Owner & CEO

      Graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.
      A graduate of the Professional Management Program under the Uzbekistan-Japan Center.
      100% involvement in the project.

  • Abror is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in creating and managing business projects. The companies created by Abror successfully operate in the field of industrial production and foreign trade. He is engaged into the production and supply of products as to the local market of Uzbekistan so for the export to the USA, Germany, Russia and Kazakhstan.

    Abror has a unique experience in localizing production in Uzbekistan. Being actively involved in the management of the companies he created, he is responsible for the development strategy, operational management, commercial strategy (number of clients has been cooperating for 18-20 years) and the creation of effective teams (70% of the Company’s employees have been working with him for more than 17 years).

    Since 2012 being actively engaged into the agricultural processing, as part of his company “SAMO Produkt”, Abror became interested in the bio-tech niche and began to work on the idea of creating a unique product that could not only improve the profitability of farmers, but also solve global socio-ecological problems. Thus Abror came up with the idea of launching CBFeed production – a component to feed, which provides higher profitability for farmers, and solves the vital problem of recycling waste from the rice industry.

    After raising funds for the project, Abror plans fully to focus on the implementation of the project, transferring the operational management of other businesses to his employees.

    • Amanulla Sultanhodjaev

      Owner

      Training programs with EDNET (USAID), TASIS in Italy, and the Academy under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
      100% involvement in the project.

  • Amanulla is a scientist, Ph.D. candidate, assistant professor of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology.

    From 1980 to the present, he has been working at the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology (and Tashkent Technical Institute).

    From 1994 to 2012, he worked as the Head of the Economics and Industry Management Department as well as the Head of the Chemical and Food Industry Management Department.

    From 2012 to 2019, he was the Vice Сhancellor of the Institute.

    From 2019 to the present, Amanulla is an assistant professor of the Economics and Industry Management Department.

    He has a unique experience in biotechnology. Since 1987, he has investigated the potential of the microbiologicaly processed rice husk as the feed for farm animals. Amanulla is the author of this scientific idea and received Ph.D. on this topic in 1993. He has more than 100 published scientific papers.

    He is a co-author of received in 2019-2020 patents for Uzbekistan, Japan and the Russian Federation on the method of producing feed from rice husk.

    • Ahmadjon Makhsumkhanov

      Graduated from Tashkent State Agricultural University.
      50% involvement in the project.

  • Akhmadjon currently works at the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ph.D. candidate of biological sciences, senior researcher.

    Ahmadjon possesses unique knowledge in microbiology. He received Ph.D. in 1999 on this topic.

    In 2001-2003 worked as a senior researcher at the University of Stuttgart (Postdoc) in Germany. He is the author of more than 50 published scientific papers.

    Today he is the Head of the scientific group, the Head of the scientific project at the Institute of Microbiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

    For the project, he has organized the work of the microbiological laboratory since March 2017. During the work on the project he proved himself as a professional, scientist and made a significant contribution to the project. He has developed and implemented effective industrial application of CBFeed technology. Today, he leads several segments in the project directed to quality improvement and efficiency increase of CBFeed technology.

    • Temur Karakhanov

      Graduated from Tajik State University and the Almazar College of Veterinary Medicine.
      100% involvement in the project.

  • Temur is currently the Chief specialist of the Republican State Center for Diagnosis of Animal Disease and Food Safety.

    In 1981-1991 Temur worked as a junior researcher at the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2011-2013 worked as a Chief specialist of the Republican Veterinary Laboratory.

    Temur has unique knowledge in determining the nutritional value, chemical composition and safety of animal feed.

    Temur is involved in the project since August 2017. His feed tests results completely coincided with similar test results derived by Marubeni in Japan, which confirms the quality of his research.

    To date, he conducts tests, as well as consults on the improvement and use of the final product. Involved in quality control and is constantly working quality improvement of CBFeed.

    • Rakhimov Abdullo

      Graduated from the Tashkent Law Institute. Candidate of Legal Sciences.
      100% involvement in the project.

  • Manager, has worked in jurisprudence and public administration for over 20 years.

    Involved in our project since 2018.

    Managed the marketing department of the project. Was the chief of animal testing. Since the beginning of the construction of the CBFeed production plant, he has been the director of our branch in Uzbekistan, Natural Ventures Tashkent.

    From the beginning of the project, he was engaged into technical side of the project and development of technological processes. Abdullo also implemented the transition from laboratory to industrial stage of technology. Abdullo's many years of experience in setting up production plants is fundamental in setting up experimental and conventional CBFeed plants in other countries.

    • Akrom Abdurakhmonov

      A 3rd year student at Waseda University.
      100% involvement in the project.

  • For more than 3 years he has been engaged in marketing research in our project and is an assistant to the project manager.

    Participated in the preparation and holding of meetings in Thailand, Uzbekistan.

    Excellent knowledge of our product, our research, strategy and objectives, constant involvement in the project.
